The following HVAC Outage has been Confirmed:

Outage:      Air Testing and Balancing of Building 12 Wing A and C Air Conditioning Systems

Start Time:  05/31/2018 08:00
End Time:    05/31/2018 17:00

Description/Impacts:
Testing and balancing of air supplied by the new Building 12 Wing A and C air conditioning systems will be performed.  One unit will be balanced at a time.  Wing C system will be balanced first which impacts Wing C and the Staff Services offices.  Air balancing requires all system pneumatic variable air volume (VAV) boxes to be at maximum design airflow or full cooling.  All pneumatic thermostats will be set to full their lowest temperature setting to force all VAV boxes to maximum airflow during the balancing process.  Areas may overcool during the balancing process.  Wing C system should be complete by noon.  Wing A system will be balanced as soon as Wing C is complete.  Wing A system only impacts Wing A offices and conference rooms.
