Description/Impacts:
Transformer and Power outage to replace leaking transformer.  Complete Power Outage Bldg 92, 91, the little tent bldg, Hall B Truck Ramp Utilities (Hall B utility Power including lighting).  It also secures LCW for all three Halls and A/C for Hall B.

	Bldg 92: Service Building
	Bldg 94: Experimental Hall B
	Bldg 96: Experimental Hall C
	Bldg 101: Experimental Hall A
