Description/Impacts:
Need to shut down panel TC-EM to swap out a suspect breaker that feeds SAF EC-1.
Circuits affected are:
-roll up door truck entrance
-exhaust fan TC1
-truck ramp lights
-SAF EC-1
lighting end station C
-roll up door end station
-60A 3ph receptacle

Impacted Areas:
	Bldg 96: Experimental Hall C
