[Utility Outage] Proposed Power Outage - 10/24/2019 07:00

The following Power Outage has been Proposed:

Outage:      Manhole 4 Splice

Start Time:  10/24/2019 07:00
End Time:    11/01/2019 16:00

Description/Impacts:
Remove power in ELEC manhole 4 to tie in 15kv feed to CUP.  This outage will remove all power to the following:

Test Lab T-SUB-5 - Basement chillers and aux units (C. Jones to verify).  CUP building should remain operational and be the primary source for CW.
CC Alt - Alternate power feed to Cebaf F-Wing (No backup accelerator power available, but generator for data center will still be available)

The splicing and terminations will take ~1 week to perform.  FM may elect to shut down all circuits the day before the scheduled shutdown (coordinated with AccOps)

	Bldg 12: CEBAF Center
	Bldg 58: Test Lab
