Description/Impacts:
This will be a complete power outage for both buildings (except for the computer center).  We will also be doing some work outdoors which requires no precipitation (15 kV cable replacement).

Impacted Areas:
	Bldg 12: CEBAF Center
	Bldg 90: Experimental Equipment Lab
