Outage of panel P5 in the EEL building to allow for changing out the road sign breaker.

Outage to happen today from 2-3pm.

Affected is various receptacles and AHU units (all expected to be in the backside electric room)

Impacted Areas:
	Bldg 90: Experimental Equipment Lab
