Description/Impacts:
Turning off of two panelboards (to tie in newly added circuits)
AP-LAB-VSA SEC 1 & SEC2

Outage to last 2-3 hours and will most likely be ready the week of January 18th.

Impacted Areas:
	Bldg 58: Test Lab
