[Utility Outage] Scheduled Power Outage - 09/08/2021 19:37

The following Power Outage has been Confirmed:

Description/Impacts:
XFMR #2 is single phased and we have a crew coming in on Thursday to test the XFMR.  If it is OK, we will see what we can do to re-energize it.  If there is a problem, we will have to change it out.  The outage may extend past the weekend depending on conditions we find.
UPDATE:  The primary cable was tested and it passed.  The transformer was tested and it failed but failed with consistent results.  The tech feels that the poor conditions (wet, very humid and the secondary is connected to the bus work) were going to give him a failing result regardless.  We are planning to have them come back tomorrow (Friday) to resume testing with hopefully better weather and time to disconnect the secondary connections.  Spare primary fuses are in hand.  For safety reasons, we do not want to replace the fuses and try to re-energize the transformer while having failing test reports.
