The following Power Outage has been Proposed:

Description/Impacts:
Remove power from secondary side XFMR Sub3R.  This will remove 480 power to the compressor MCC in the CTF.  Outage is needed to tie in final connections to the meter for the MCC.

Impacted Areas:
	Bldg 57: Cryogenic Test Facility
