Description/Impacts:
Shutdown Panel RP-111 to terminate new dedicated circuit for hallway fridge. A & B wing receptacles (1st floor) will be affected. Rm B100 network rack (networking 1st-2nd floors A & B wing) will be affected. 

Impacted Areas:
	Bldg 12: CEBAF Center
