Description/Impacts:
Remove Power from 02-SWBD-SL3 at the Unitsub LS3.  This will remove all power from the following:

HPA-2 through 9

The following panels will lose power with this outage

This outage is to allow replacement of feeder cabling to SL09 zone by others.

Impacted Areas:
	Bldg 02: South LINAC
