Description/Impacts:
Shutdown Panel PSBP1 so facilities can paint exterior transformer T-PSBP1 on east end of B72. 

IMPACTS: B72 recs, exit lighting, fire alarm control panel, canns, ddc controls, roll-up door. (See panel schedule PSBP1).
