Outage:      B58 Shutdown VTA Panels L2400 & L3400 (Add Neutral wire)

Description/Impacts:
 Shutdown VTA Panels L2400 & L3400 to add required neutral wire for 5W twist lock receptacle. Systems in the VTA will be affected including PSS. 

Impacted Areas:
	Bldg 58: Test Lab
