The following Power Outage has been Proposed:

Outage:      B12 CEBAF Shutdown Panel RP-300

Description/Impacts:
Shutdown Panel RP-300. Defective GFCI breaker in panel feeds A-wing elevator lights. Elevator is completely dark and currently out of order. FM Mechanical equipment will be affected. Fire Alarm systems will be affected. Both given approvals. 

Impacted Areas:
	Bldg 12: CEBAF Center
