Outage:      B58 Shutdown VTA Panels L2400 & L3400

Description/Impacts:
 Shutdown VTA Panels L2400 & 3400 to replace GFI breaker plus troubleshoot tripping circuit. Systems in the VTA will be affected including PSS. See ATLIS-116745 attachments for the exact affected. 

Impacted Areas:
	Bldg 58: Test Lab
