Outage:      SHUTDOWN ENTIRE CSMA LAYDOWN AREA & B32 STORAGES

Description/Impacts:
Power down CSMA area & B32 storages to perform 5-year PMs. The entire LAYDOWN AREA will be affected including the entrance gate.
