[Fews] transfer line repair

The 50 liter Dewar was at 10% this morning after being filled on 
Thursday. The sniffer shut down on a "Failed to Fill" error at about 2 
am this morning. The transfer line between the 50 liter N2 Dewar and the 
detector Dewar is leaking, causing an inordinate loss of nitrogen. The 
50 liter Dewar will have to be filled 3 times/week until Calvin can 
fabricate another line. Suggested fill schedule is Mon., Wed. and  Friday.
