[Fews] sniffer PC failure

The PC controlling the sniffer failed at about 16:00 yesterday. Upon 
trying to restart the machine this morning, a brief message flashed on 
the screen warning of a fan failure and overheating of the CPU, then it 
shut down before rebooting. I will take the PC to the computer center 
once they open and hope they can repair it in a timely manner. They 
usually want to treat Dell repairs as warranty claims but that will take 
3 or more weeks so we may have to bend the rules a bit to get the system 
back up soon. I may be calling on John to help pressure them to expedite 
the process.
