The Biographical Sketch and Current and Pending Support pdf forms were sent yesterday (see below). They're fully described on pages 41 and 43 of the FOA respectively.

These are needed for each Senior/Key person on the proposal title page. These are the same people that are listed on each collaborators Research & Related Budget forms in grants.gov.

We also need you to fil out the grants.gov forms as requested in the attached email from Tuesday.

For page 43 of FOA:

SC requires the use of the format approved by the National Science Foundation (NSF), which may be generated by the Science Experts Network Curriculum Vitae (SciENcv), a cooperative venture maintained at https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sciencv/, and is also available at https://www.nsf.gov/bfa/dias/policy/nsfapprovedformats/cps.pdf. The use of a format required by another agency is intended to reduce the administrative burden to researchers by promoting the use of common formats.

We've had a mix among the group and outside collaborators on how this is being approached with some using the new format and others editing their traditional text. I've reached out to Manouchehr for guidance and am waiting to hear back but likely need to work under these new rules.

The PDF forms are attached. To first order you would need to fill out a Biographical Sketch and CPS for each of your principal people. The BS form has a three page limit. The CPS form has a title page and 26 pages for adding content. Once completely filled out you can remove the unused pages and edit the footer to fix the CPS page count. Works nicely in Adobe Standard 2017 for me. Then merge each group into your narratives.
