[FFA_CEBAF_Collab] [EXTERNAL] Matches for FFA arc cells

I've uploaded matching data for the most recent 4+4 (or 4+3) turn FFA arc cells into the shared area.

You can find them in folders like:

My Files > Grad Student 2019 > Graduate Student Steering > CEBAF FFA Working Group > Optics > FFA Arcs > Jul'21_4+4_optimised > FFA2

...or FFA1 for the low-energy FFA.

opticsmatch_...csv files ending in "DC" are taken as a match in the centre of the D magnet, and those ending in "FC" are at the centre of the F magnet. The lattice is FODO so these have zero alpha and matched x'. These also represent the maximum and minimum betas in the cell.

Why is our CEBAF FFA Working Group inside something about graduate students? Isn't there a better place for it?
