[FFA_CEBAF_Collab] [EXTERNAL] RE: ICFA beam dynamics newsletters

Alas, it is out of date on that point; the FFA workshop is September 27th through the 30th, the ERL workshop is October 3rd through 6th. Which is pretty much getting off a plane on the 1st and getting on a plane on the 2nd if you do both.
