[FFA_CEBAF_Collab] TN submitted on Hall C line at 22 GeV

Colleagues,
An updated version of what I sent out earlier with CND-compliant names and check on design robustness. (CND: CEBAF nomenclature document)
On to Hall A, mirroring this until the start of that Compton polarimeter.
Don: Please provide me with required focusing strengths for the Moller polarimeter quads at 22 GeV. I suspect either TN-20-044 or a longer version thereof must replace what's now installed.
Dave: MQF3M01 will likely have to be replaced with TN-20-044 design. I hope the 8" MQE quads will still suffice as is. Please check.
