Colleagues,
I attach three files comprising a draft TN on the Hall A line at 22 GeV. Comments solicited, especially about Moller polarimeter. In particular, rather than a polarimeter dipole with a single vacuum chamber for both scattered beams, I'm contemplating a Lambertson with a 5 cm central steel plate with 3.5 cm hole for unscattered beam and two parallel paths for the scattered electrons with a coil for each as in the existing horizontal Lambertson and that planned for 22 GeV.
Jim:
Outlook is not happy with your address. I hope this gets to you.
