[FFA_CEBAF_Collab] Optics Update: Strongly Focusing North Linac Optics Added

Hi All,

Update: The strongly focusing optics regime Alex B. presented at the previous FFA meeting has been converted (Bmad, elegant, and OptiM) and uploaded to the 22GeV CEBAF simulation repositories under the ‘CEBAF/22GeV/…/LINACS/NORTH_STRONGLY_FOCUSING’ subfolder:
