Ryan responded in a manner which demonstrated ambiguity below.  I will 
file the tour request with RadCon tomorrow afternoon, March 31.  I will 
specify that the tour will be all day Thursday, April 6.  People will 
need to show photo ID to the guards at the gate which they will match to 
the list RadCon will provide.
