[FFA_CEBAF_Collab] FOA Development Update

Hello all!

For those working on FOA development, read on. For others, apologies - it's easier to email all than remember each person contributing.

Stephen, Scott, and I had a quick chat, and have a few requests to make for those helping develop the FOA:


  1.
When you write a section, please upload it independently to the shared folder: [https://res-h3.public.cdn.office.net/assets/mail/file-icon/png/folder_16x16.png] FOA 24<https://jeffersonlab-my.sharepoint.com/:f:/r/personal/tristan_jlab_org/Documents/Grad%20Student%202019/Graduate%20Student%20Steering/CEBAF%20FFA%20Working%20Group/Funding%20Bids/FOA%2024?csf=1&web=1>. If you could label it so that we know what it is, that is helpful. Stephen and/or I will later put them into the main document and edit for coherence, etc...
  2.
Alex and/or Dejan - please go through the introductory sections (not in the main file) and clean things up to meet the current FOA.
  3.
There are two Appendices which need to be addressed: PIER and Data Management. Starting documents have been uploaded to the shared folder, but these cannot be submitted as is. Please edit them according to the plans for this FOA.
  4.
The title pages (first few) need to be edited to reflect the funding/budget profiles of those mentioned in the budgets.

We'll likely have more to discuss tomorrow, but if we could focus on these few items, it will be helpful.
