[FFA_CEBAF_Collab] Simulation repository updated with Strongly Focusing linac optics

Hi All,

The 22 GeV CEBAF lattice file repository (elegant, Bmad, OptiM) has been updated and rematched with the new Strongly Focusing linac optics. You can find the new files in the usual places:
