<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">The wording of energy upgrade initiative is being updated to address that concern and there will be a second survey. I suspect/hope with the change in language, the initiative will be supported by a

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt">What I think you one can see from the first survey is the JLab user community is pushing for positrons a bit harder than they are currently pushing the energy upgrade; though with a staged approach to the
upgrade that is the nature order that one would proceed. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
