[Frost] meeting

Eugene,

I have noticed recently that Sungkyun has simply been using the same 
number of files to normalize the different target polarizations. We have 
now switched to normalizing at least according to the total number of 
events in these files. Maybe we should briefly discuss how others are 
doing it.

Should we start looking into a proper photon flux determination to get a 
better normalization?
