[Frost] another small update for eloss

Hi Brian,
I checked out your latest improvements and rebuilt eloss for rootbeer on 
~clasg9 and ran elossTest.
Here's the difference they made to the distribution of proton elosses. 
I'm sure you have much better diagnostics.
