[Frost] The list of the good and bad runs

Hi Eugene,

I checked the 10 runs.
I divide them into two part: good runs and bad runs.
In the case of good runs, the number of events after applying the eloss correction is not decreased, especially in the polyethylene target. Bad runs have the events reduced after eloss and some shift to negative direction.

In period 2, 55538, 55541, 55542, 55544, 55548, 55552 (all is bad runs)
In period 7, 56200, 56201, 56202 (good runs), 56207 (bad run)

After checking more runs, I will update this list.
