[Frost] pi0 and eloss tests

Hey All,

I would have sent this out last night but I was unable to log into the
jlab web server once I got home for some reason.  Anyway, this is a short
writeup on the testing Michael and I have been doing over the last few
weeks.  If anyone else is testing the pi0 masses please also try it with
these same running conditions so that we can be sure that eloss is working
the same for everyone.  I'll try to expand on this some and have more
details for the friday meeting.
