[Frost] meeting time and manpower for the run

Folks,

Due to a very large geographical stretch from Arizona to Scotland it is
very difficult to make everyone happy.
The current status of the poll:

Take a look and may be update you choice leaving out only absolutely
impossible time slots.
Some of you may have indicated preferred time rather than the time when
you could or could not participate. Keep in mind, there is always an
option to call in from home. 

Those of you who has not done it yet, please do.
To clarify: this poll is not just for the next week, this is for our
regular meetings at least until the beginning of run in March. During
actual run we may change the meeting time.
