[Frost] missing mass of pion

Hi Hideko,

It could be one of two things. It might be eloss code sill has something 
missing.

Folks, did anyone else try to look at the missing pi0 mass with the 
latest eloss applied?

Or it might be something in your analysis code. If you come by we can 
take a look together.
