[Frost] Some analysis

Hi all,

As promised at the last meeting (and the one before), I've tracked down 
the missing EPIC banks for the 1.1 - 1.7 GeV linpol data and reproduced 
the cos(2phi) plots showing the phase shift between target polarisation 
states.  These are located at the bottom of my analysis page, 
http://nuclear.gla.ac.uk/~stuartf/Analysis/FROST_Analysis.html, under 
the heading "An attempt to show the presence of G (Butanol target)".  
I'm now taking a look at the effects of including eloss and hope to show 
some progress on that next meeting.
