[Frost] g9a run table

Hi all,

I've finally put together a complete run table for g9a, which is 
currently residing at http://www.jlab.org/~clasg9/g9a_allruns.dat.  Some 
runs have been commented out, either due to missing information in the 
table or ambiguity from the logbook as to whether or not the run is 
junk.  Runs which are confirmed as junk have been separated out to 
http://www.jlab.org/~clasg9/g9a_junkruns.dat, just in case anyone needs 
them for some reason.
