For those interested,

I will be flying out tomorrow morning for California, but should be able
to catch the first 20 minutes or so of the meeting.

Here is the status of the start counter calibration:

The good news is 21 paddles are aligned to zero with clear single peaks.
The bad news is, I have not yet found the missing 3 peaks in paddles (3,
15 and 24). Counts from the projection of the sstag_pion histogram show a
significant number of events, so a peak should exist.

The stn_calib code only looks at the range -10 to 10, which makes sense
because that is where it would most likely be even uncalibrated. I changed
the code to look at -100 to 100, but I am having difficultly compiling it
due to missing headers/libraries. It is most likely an issue with my env
variables. Mukesh is helping fix this problem.

In the meanwhile, I have been searching the slow way, and have so far
checked between -20 to 50 with no visible peak. I will keep looking into
this.

-Chuck
