[Frost] New findings for FROST momentum problems

The vertex time I am using is coming from the TBID bank.  The plots on
page 4 are all for gamma p -> p pi+ pi- with nothing missing.  The
plots are of the initial momentum for each particle (p p init means
the momentum of the proton initially), so the proton is on the left,
pi+ is in the middle and pi- is on the right.  The black lines refer
to the momentum measured in the butanol and the red is the momentum
measured in the CH2.  Its all there in the legend for each plot.
