[Frost] g9a Run Table

Hi all,

Please note also that I'm busy re-checking the target polarisation values
that I calculated and which are in the run table. The values themselves
will not change, but the sign might. Expect a further update by the end
of the week...

Also, does anyone know how I can find out if the holding field was
parallel or anti-parallel to the beam? I know it's in the table, but I'd
like an independent check to be 100% sure my target polarisation is in the
right direction.

Many thanks,
Jo.
