[Frost] Map files

Mike,
I copied clasdb RunIndexg9 to map files (because of the bad 
internet connections to jlab sometimes).
Shall we make our own /home/clasg9/parms directory? It would contain links 
to all the stuff that is already on /group/clas/parms except its own Map 
directory.
No problem to do that tonight!
