[Frost] pi0mass by azimuthal angle phi

Dear All,
I checked the pi0 mass by azimuthal angle, phi. I divided phi angle by 12,
it means each sector has 2 divisions (same shape of detector).
The result is the pi0 mass depends on angle phi that must not happen. The
mass difference between max and min is about 40 MeV. I also found the mass
depends on z-vertex which Dr. Michael Dugger mentioned before.
