[Frost] run list

Hi Jo,

That's a good point. We probably should add this. At this moment I put 
in the table only the variables from the run database. We certainly can 
add stuff which is not there, like error in polarization.
Target polarization which is in the table is on-line NMR at the 
beginning of the run.
