[Frost] The correction of CH2 plots presented at Sep 24 2010

Hi all,

At the last meeting, Eugene found some strange pattern in FSU-EC plot of target CH2.
In higher photon beam, FSU version has the difference pattern (go up)with CMU version.
I checked again FSU version and found thw wrong part. I corrected them
