[Frost] The last version of NStar 2011 proceeding

Sungkyun,
I just looked at your NSTAR11 proceeding and spotted the following 
error.  You use this NIM article to reference the frozen target:
C.D. Keith et al., Nucl.Instrum.Meth. A501, 327 (2003)

This is wrong -- it describes the older polarized target for CLAS.  I am 
busily working on a NIM paper for FROST but it won't be ready for 
submission for a few more weeks.  If you wish to reference something, 
here is my contribution to SPIN2008.  It briefly describes the FROST target.
