Sung, if indeed the proceedings are to be in black and white as Mike mentioned, Figure 1 is unusable. (Note that three things will be called an unfilled circle, for instance.)

Here is my another version for NStar 2011 proceeding in :

As there are no reference and predictions in Fig 3, I can not put another data or simulation points in there.
Actually, I try to find the source of Fig 1, but I can not.
The fig 1 is used in several presentations from the last year.
If anyone knows the source of FIg 1, let me know it. I will use that in my proceeding.
I will send this to the speakers committee after having the comments from FROST members.
