[Frost] FROST meeting

Hi,

Ever since the FROST teleconference today, something has been bothering me. 
After some thought, I now understand why. During the meeting I acted rude 
and feel the need to apologize.

In particular, It was not right for me to talk over Liam. Also, I was too 
negative in my characterization of the current state of the linear 
polarization. I know that Ken is working hard to get us final polarization 
values and that this is a very time consuming task.

The only mitigating circumstances I can come up with is that I have 
a cold, and that during the meeting I was trying to take care of a 4 year 
old. Those are the only excuses I can come up with.
