[Frost] abstract for Nstar

Brian,

A couple of things.
Add "(for the CLAS Collaboration)"
May be replace "E observable" withe "helicity asymmetry E" or just 
"helicity asymmetry".
Other than that looks good.

You need to send it to clas_hadron for approval from spectroscopy group 
before you submit it.
Maybe Monday would be more reasonable for submission, that would give 
some time for spectroscopy folks to give you a feedback.
