[Frost] Abstract for NStar 2011

Sung,

A few suggestions.
1. Add "(for the CLAS Collaboration)"
2. A would drop "This CLAS frozen spin experiment provides an important 
step toward a "complete" experiment."
For pi+pi- photoproduction we are nowhere near the "complete" experiment.
3. I wold drop this too:
"The butanol (C4H9OH) target of FroST has the hydrogen atoms polarized
and unpolarized carbon and oxygen atoms. In this contribution, the
method to calculate the dilution factor will be discussed."
This is too much details for an abstract.

As I wrote to Brian, you also need to send it to clas_hadron for 
approval from spectroscopy group before you submit it.
