[Frost] More on Moeller runs

Hi,

I was looking through the logbook and found that previous to run 55554 
the helicity clock was not correct. (see logbook entry

The helicity-clock alarm was disabled so we don't know how long this 
problem was going on. (see logbook entry

)

It looks like the Moeller runs for the run period 55521-55587 might be 
questionable.
