[Frost] Abstracts for NSTAR11

Dear All,

It is great to see that there are several abstracts from FROST to be 
submitted to the NSTAR conference. A quick review by people involved in 
FROST is also the right thing to do.

However, just to fulfil my duty as WG chair, and to avoid sending the 
same message to everyone, can I ask you all also to look at the 
instructions on the wiki:
